Southern District Police Community Partnership Ride Along Open House - March 1

On March 1, 2013 from 3pm-7pm the Baltimore Police Department, Southern District will be hosting its annual Community Partnership Ride Along Open House. This event will allow citizens from the Southern District to be paired with a patrol officer to go on a 4 hour tour of duty to get an understanding of how police officers patrol the communities of Baltimore and respond to 911 calls for service. Citizens will report to the Southern District at 2:15 pm roll call in which they will have the opportunity to observe roll call training. Each citizen will then be paired with a patrol officer for the four hour tour of duty from 3 pm-7 pm. Citizens will respond back to the district to have dinner before the district tour. The open house portion will begin at 7:30 pm in which citizens will tour the Southern District and have the opportunity to interact with the below listed agencies.
