Southern District Coat Drive

posted Nov 25, 2013, 2:45 PM by Fina Santa-Maria
The Southern District Police Department’s Neighborhood Services Unit (NSU) is holding its first Annual Operation Warm Coats drive, through December 10. To go along with their Annual Holiday Boxes of Plenty project, which provides food baskets for 350 Southern District families in need, the NSU would like to provide coats for families. The NSU is welcoming all sizes of gently used (clean) or new coats.

If you can participate in Operation Warm Coats, please bring your coats to our FHSNA meeting this coming Tuesday, November 26. If you have coats to donate and can’t make the meeting, please let us know and we will arrange pickup!

If those options don’t work, you can always drop the coats off at the Southern District Police station, located at 10 Cherry Hill Road, Baltimore, MD 21225, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, from now until December 10.
