There is a peninsula-wide cleanup program called “One Piece South Baltimore” that has as its main goal to bring awareness to the citizens and visitors of the South Baltimore peninsula about the impact of trash to our environment, economy and quality of life. Through this program, all residents are encouraged to pick up one piece of trash a day to keep our neighborhood and waterways clean.    One Piece South Baltimore is a coalition of neighborhood, school and business groups with a common goal—a cleaner South Baltimore peninsula!  The One Piece South Baltimore Coordinator is Gayle McClure, FHNA Treasurer/Hillsider Business Manager.

There is an online One Piece Pledge:

The next “One Piece” meeting will be on Monday April 22nd at the Federal Hill Main Street office to plan a large June event.

Please contact Gayle (gaylefhna@gmail.com) if you are interested in participating in One Piece planning efforts.
