The Federal Hill Egg Hunt is almost here!

From Anika Alvanzo, the neighborhood association liaison for the Federal Hill Kids Easter Egg Hunt Committee:

We are just under 3 weeks away from the Easter Egg Hunt which will be held Saturday, April 4th, 2015 at Federal Hill Park beginning at 10:00 am sharp.  This event will take place “rain or shine” but let’s hope for “shine”!!

There are many ways to support this wonderful community event such as volunteering your time or donating a tasty snack.  Below, I have included detailed information on how to sign up to volunteer, donate a snack, and participate in the Egg Hunt.

Ways to Participate!

Listed below you will find the ways of participating including their deadlines and the drop-off sites.

Please remember that the eggs can be filled with WRAPPED candy (nut-free) or a small toy and the eggs should be TAPED shut!

Again, we will offer 3 options for each participating child.  The options include:

1.  Drop off 1 dozen filled plastic eggs and a $1.00 donation per participating child to one of the below listed drop off sites.  Egg drop off ends Friday, April 3rd

2.  Drop off $7.00 per participating child to one of the drop off locations and filled eggs will be provided for you.  Place your family's name and the number of children participating on the outside of an envelope. Money drop-off ends on Friday, March 27th.

3.  Use PayPal to pay for your filled eggs.  Again, the cost is $7 per participating child.  Visithttp://www.riversideneighborhoodassociation.com/ and click on the link to “pay now”.  This option to participate will close on Friday, March 27th.

Additionally, we'd like to provide eggs for families who cannot afford the cost at this time. So, we invite families who can, to donate extra money or extra filled eggs to help with this effort.
